It was a long time coming but finally Universal released Martyn's BBC TV appearances on dvd. This is collection of Old Grey Whistle Test and Rock Goes To College concerts. The last BBC material was released in 1982 on Betamax video so Universal wanted to give the fans something special in the design.
Each animated menu incorprates concert footage, album artwork and additional floral vector designs that grow and interweave over the menu loops. A bespoke light plugin was used in after effects to give the design a surreal quality. Elements from the DVD menu design were also used for the packaging to give the product a cohesive feel.
